For UK practices — medical, dental, aesthetic and therapy

Tell your own story,
safely.

We find what works in your field, write it in your voice, check it against regulation, and show you what's working. No agency required.

Sleep medicine

Around 7 in 10 adults sleep under the recommended 7–9 hours. We help distinguish normal tiredness from a treatable sleep disorder.

Orthodontics

Clear aligners aren't right for every case. Here's how we decide, and what a first assessment actually involves.

Metabolic health

Weight regain after dieting is physiology, not a failure of willpower. Supported approaches plan for that biology.

Physiotherapy

Most lower back pain settles within six weeks. Knowing which pain doesn't is the part worth getting right.

Aesthetics

A consultation before any treatment isn't a formality. It's how we work out whether a treatment suits you at all.

Women's health

Perimenopause can start years before periods change. Knowing that early makes the conversation a lot easier.

Therapy

A first session is mostly listening. You don't need to arrive with your problem neatly explained.

Dentistry

Sensitivity after whitening is common and usually short-lived. Here's what we check before we start.

Your practice is already full of content.

What's been missing is a safe way to get it out. We capture what your practice already knows — and nothing clears without you.

Capture

Your site, your documents, the questions you answer every week, the way you explain things. Not the internet's idea of your field.

Craft

Written in your voice, and written properly for each place you post. One subject, every channel you're on.

Check

Every line against the rules you work under, before it ever reaches you — and again before it can go out.

Commit

Nothing leaves until a named person approves it. That isn't a setting anyone can turn off. It's the way the product is built.

A week, from Monday.

Most practices don't have a marketing team. They have someone doing this between patients.

01

Monday, 7am. Your week is already written.

Drafted across everything your practice does, from your own documents — not whatever it found on the internet.

02

You read them in one sitting.

All of them on one page, illustrated, in your voice. Edit, bin, or ask for a different one.

03

One press, and the week is done.

Approved posts spread across the week. Every sign-off named and dated.

Twenty minutes on a Monday, instead of three weeks of not posting.

And it won't let you slip.

Ordinary marketing advice gets a practice into trouble. This one would have run on a Monday morning.

Medicines advertising

A prescription-only medicine cannot be advertised to the public. Can't run as written.

Unsupported claim

Needs evidence, or rewording, before it can go out.

Zillie explains each flag, and offers a version that clears it.

If a patient's in it, consent is part of it.

Mark a post as featuring a patient and it cannot move until they have agreed, through a private link you send them. If they withdraw, the post stops.

Enforced by the product, not by a checklist. There is no way to publish around it, and nobody at your practice can turn it off.

You get the dated record that matters if anyone ever queries it.

Built inside a practice, because we needed it.

Zillie was built at Grace London, a Harley Street sleep and metabolic practice. Nothing on the market understood the rules we work under, so we wrote something that did. It runs on our own accounts every week.

There are three of us: two clinicians and an operations manager, with more than twenty years of running private medical practices between us. We have written the posts, chased the consent forms and worried about the wording, which is why Zillie works the way it does.

We're taking a small number of practices.

Every application is checked by hand. We confirm you're a practising professional before we create an account — a registration number where you have one, your website or social accounts where you don't.

It usually takes a working day. You'd be early, and we'd rather say that than pretend otherwise.

Pricing

Compliance, patient consent and the approval trail are never metered and never restricted by plan. You pay for how much you publish, not for being safe.

14 days free. We check every application by hand.

Fourteen days free, no card. We read every application ourselves and usually come back within a working day.

A registration number is the quickest route; a website or an established social account works just as well.

Four short steps.

Tell us about your practice and how we can confirm you practise.
Book a call at a time that suits you.
Answer a few quick questions about how you work.
Tell us what you want the year to change.

It takes about ten minutes. You can stop and come back to it.

The questions practices ask first.

Can a UK practice advertise a prescription-only medicine on social media?

No. Advertising a prescription-only medicine to the public is prohibited in the UK, and that applies to an Instagram post as much as to a billboard. Zillie flags a named prescription medicine before the post goes anywhere.

What rules actually govern this in the UK?

GMC guidance for doctors, GDC guidance for dental professionals, the CAP Code enforced by the ASA, medicines advertising law, and CQC requirements. Patient confidentiality applies to anything featuring a patient.

Do I need consent to post a patient's story or photograph?

Yes, and it has to be recorded. The patient can also withdraw it later. Zillie records who was asked, what they were shown and what they decided — and stops the post if consent is withdrawn.

Can a dentist call themselves a specialist?

Only if they're on one of the GDC's specialist lists. Dentists who aren't can say "special interest in" or "experienced in" — but not "specialist", and not titles like Orthodontist. Zillie flags the title before it's published.

How is this different from Hootsuite, Later or Buffer?

Scheduling tools publish whatever you give them. Zillie writes the content in your voice, checks it against UK healthcare advertising rules, and routes it for named clinical approval first.

Why do you check applications by hand?

Because a compliance product is only as good as who is using it, and because we would rather set your practice up properly than hand you an empty account. It takes about a working day.
