For UK practices — medical, dental, therapy, nutrition
CONTENT for your practice. Create what you want to say. Zillie checks what needs a second look.
Something like this
Four problems, and not one of them dishonest. Whoever wrote that believed every word of it.
No treatment is completely safe, so no evidence can support the claim. The rule does not care how gentle the treatment is.
"Permanently removes" is a cure claim. It needs clinical trials, not clinical experience.
"Most experienced" is measured against other practices, and you hold no data about theirs.
"100% of patients" is a statistic. Testimonials are not substantiation, and the ASA has said so repeatedly.
What actually happens
A complaint reaches the ASA. If it is upheld, the ruling is published with your practice's name on it, and it stays there. Your regulator can take an interest separately.
The part that stings is that the post sat there for months and looked fine. You had no way of knowing.
Scheduling tools do not help with this. They publish exactly what you give them. That is what they are for.
So we built the thing we needed
Built inside a practice by three of us — two clinicians and an operations manager, with more than twenty years of running private practices between us. We have written the posts, chased the consent forms, and worried about the wording.
It researches what is actually working in your field — real posts from real UK practices, not the internet's idea of what you do.
It writes your week in your own voice.
It checks every line against the rules that apply to you: your regulator's guidance, the CAP Code, medicines advertising law, food and health claims law.
Nothing publishes until a named person approves it. If a patient is in a post, the consent is recorded — and withdrawing it stops the post.
Don't take our word for it
Anything from your own feed. This runs in your browser. It sends nothing anywhere and stores nothing.
This page carries a small part of the rule set, enough to show you what a check feels like. The product holds several hundred rules, scoped to your own regulator, and checks every post again at the moment it publishes.
Five practices per field
We're opening Zillie to five practices in each healthcare and wellbeing field.
Your first month is completely free. No card required.
Use Zillie with your real practice. Create your real content. Challenge it. Correct it. Tell us where it gets your profession right — and where it doesn't.
In return, you'll help shape how Zillie understands your field. When something doesn't look right, you're not submitting a ticket into a queue. You're talking to the people building it.
Continue after your free month and you'll receive 50% off for your first 12 months. After that, you'll move to the standard rate, with a month's notice before anything changes.
Today, it publishes directly to YouTube and Bluesky. For Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, Zillie creates and checks your content ready for you to publish — direct publishing to those platforms is coming.
And because it's new, you may find things we've got wrong. That's exactly why we're looking for Founding Partners.
